Good Afternoon,
I am writing to you as I have been unable to get information about the where bout of my file with the family probate court. 92D0642D1 I have asked the Lawrence court to provide me with my file, For the last two weeks, they have claimed to have requested my file be sent down from Salem, But each time each court keeps claiming they don't know where my file is.
Lawrence has prove that the file was sent back to salem. The last time I looked for the file, It was being held by the DOR, on their claim that they had to copy my file for a review of my account. My understanding is that the files should had been copied by the register, and not removed by DOR, Why is this happening?
Since then, I have learn that papers which were in the file, are now missing from the file. I have also brought to the attention of the clerks, that other cases have been found in my file, they take it and claim to be a mistake. Please order that my file be found, and that I be contacted when it is found. If my file is not found, what action can I take to address the dismissal of my case?
