"Behind the scene with Hector Montalvo" has watched Judge Mary Manzi, Judge John Cronin, First Justice MaryAnne Sahagan, Judge Smooth, Judge Amy Blake, and made many request to the chief Justice of the court Paula carey. We found that the only Judge worth having the title
"The Honorabale Justice" was Judge Amy Blake from the Salem Probate and Family Court.

The only Judges who wants to play games with me is, Mary Manzi,  Mary Anne Sahagain, and Paula Leach Carey as I like to call her.

They have all  found that I can play games too......

Mary Manzi sits on the bench at whatever time she wants, while you keep paying your lawyers fees.
We ask why is she getting away with it?

Here's my letter to Chief Justice Robert Mulligan on June 7, 2010

Chief Justice Robert Mulligan,

Again I write to you and ask What steps are you taking to ensure that Mary Manzi stop wasting taxpayer dollars, by coming in and sitting on the bench anytime she wants?   Mary Manzi sat on the bench this morning at 9:42 AM, while having a full court room waiting for her to show up to work, and while clients are paying their Attorney's. How does the court settle this so the clients are not losing money?   I also asked your office, How does the court reimburse those clients who are paying their Attorney's ,while there is no judge in session? We have seen this with Mary Manzi and have reported this to you and she keeps doing it. What are you doing about the problems that has been reported to your office?

We watched and grade Judge Manzi to see if she is fit to be a Judge. We found she's not

Do Judges bring in sick notes like others do?
We asked the question, their response will SUPRIZE you

8.604 Abuse of Sick Leave.

A. When the department head has reason to believe that sick leave is being abused, the department head may require the employee to submit satisfactory medical evidence of illness and/or be examined by a physician to be determined by the department head. The Trial Court will pay the cost of the examination by the physician designated by the department head. If an employee so desires, he/she may also be represented by a physician of his/her choice at his/her expense.
B. Failure of the employee to produce such evidence within seven calendar days of its request, or to take such physical examination, may result, at the discretion of the department head, in denial of sick leave for the period of absence.
C. Any unauthorized absence may be the basis for disciplinary action pursuant to section 16.000 of this Manual.
D. Abuse of sick leave may be the basis for disciplinary action pursuant to section 16.000 of this Manual.

8.605 Return to Work

Upon return to work following a sick leave in excess of five (5) consecutive work days, a managerial employee may be required to undergo a medical examination to determine his or her fitness for work. The employee, if he or she so desires, may be represented by a physician of his or her choice.
Reading about Judge Manzi I discovered the book that she censored by Kevin Thompson.  His effort outshines any that I might attempt,
although there was much less at stake with my ordeal.  It's well-written, gets right to the point, and I think it deserves more exposure.  I regret not having discovered it sooner. http://corruptcourts.us/Expos-Corr-MA-Court-Sys.pdf

Bills of Address is where we start.

If we submit enough of them and the legislators fail to take action, then we show that the legislators fail to take their oath of office seriously.

Bills of Address are PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.

Bills are not like complaints to the Comm. of Judicial Misconduct and secret.
In a Bill of Address you can name attorneys, Clerk Magistrates, Bailiffs, District Attorneys etc......... ......... ....
And then you mail copies to the MEDIA.
And then you take them on TV shows and discuss them.

Judge blamed for moving too slowly in divorce cases

Boston Herald - Boston, Mass.
Author: Bill Hutchinson Date: Jul 2, 1995 Section: NEWS Abstract (Document Summary)
Essex Probate Judge Mary McCauley Manzi has been criticized by the Balboni brothers, who see no legitimate reason why they have been split apart in foster care for so long without a lawyer to speak for them.

Christopher, 12, and Thomas "T.J." Balboni, 15, are so "sick and tired" of Manzi's sluggishness in their parents' divorce case that they are seeking the help of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Court records show the Zatsky divorce case went to trial before Manzi in December 1988 and concluded in January 1989. Eleven months later, Manzi granted the divorce and gave Lorna Zatsky custody of the couple's two young children
Judge leaves kids `lost' in foster care Parents battle for child custody Boston Herald - Boston, Mass.
Author: BILL HUTCHINSON Date: Jun 28, 1995 Section: NEWS Abstract (Document Summary)
Two young Salisbury brothers have languished in separate foster homes for two-and-a-half years because an Essex County Probate Court judge cannot decide who gets custody in a divorce case.

Essex Probate and Family Court Judge Mary Manzi said she had heard so much rancor from the parents that she couldn't decide who should get custody until all allegations were investigated.

"I'm not interested in really the finger-pointing that seems to be going on here at all," Manzi told the boys' parents in a January 1993 hearing of which the Herald has obtained a tape recording

Honorable Chief Justice Robert Mulligan,
Behind the scene would like comments on two topics.
First when a Judge does not show up to court, the parties still have to pay their Attorney's, Does the court reimburse the parties for that day?  If so, How is this done? If not, Why?

Secondly We understand their were federal agents at the court house on Thursday,  Mary Manzi was suppose to be hearing Contempts with the Department of Revenue, which she was a no show, and it was handle by Honorable Justice John Cornin, Can you confirm weather or not Mary Manzi has been arrested by the Federal authorities, and this is why she hasn't been in court the last three days?

History of the Bill of Address
The bill of address process to remove judges under the Massachusetts Constitution has an interesting history. It has been successfully used six times (twice for two judges at the same time). In addition, three judges resigned after a bill of address process was begun against them. Over the years, one Supreme Judicial Court justice has been removed (1803) and an attempt was made against another (1922).

The last successful removal of a judge was in 1973. The most recent use of the bill of address was in 2001, against Judge Maria I. Lopez. In the Lopez case, a bill of address was filed and sent to the Judiciary Committee but she resigned before hearings commenced.

The bill of address is a two-step process. The legislature (by a majority vote in both houses) must ask the governor to remove the judge. Then the governor and governor's council must officially concur, and the judge is immediately removed.

Most of the bill of address actions are initiated by the legislature, but in one case (1978) the governor initiated it by calling a special session of the legislature. (The judge resigned after the process began.)

During the 1850s the legislature successfully passed a bill of address against the same judge three times. The first two times the governor refused to remove him. So they waited for a new governor, and it was successful the third time.

No reasons for the requested removal need be stated in a bill of address. Research has uncovered the actual reasons to include not only outrageous rulings and actions from the bench, but also extortion, senility, participation in a rebellion, bribery, lying under oath, and other offenses.

**The Supreme Judicial Court had disbarred Justice Troy and had enjoined him from performing duties as a judge. But he refused to resign, claiming the court did not have the authority to remove him. So the legislature and governor subsequently removed him through a bill of address.
