Behind the Scene with Hector Montalvo is pleased to inform you that we have found that Salem Probate Court Judge Amy Blake is indeed a fair and Honorable Judge. We have study Judge Blake for the last 5 months and we have found that in each case, She is following the rules and the laws.
Although my request to film in her court room was denied, She did handle my request fairly and gave each party the time to be heard. I want to thank you for having a Judge who is fair to all parties and who does consider what's best for the children.
I understand that not every case can be won by a party, but having Judges who are fair is a step towards due process and equal protection which will always equal to Justices.
