In a recent email address to you, I had mention to you about changing the way the Attorney's handle cases in the Hallways. Today Attorney Anthony Rao was heard by a member of my staff in the court hallways telling a woman that if she didn't have $300.00 she was going to jail,
Again it is my understanding according to your email to me, That it is the court who orders Jail time not DOR, Why do they keep doing this?
Attorney Rao was heard by me speaking to a father who later we learn his name is Kirk ParkHurst His docket was not in either DOR docket or the courts docket, However Attorney Rao told Mr Parkhurst that the Department would not be filing a complaint against his ex-wife, for fraud, When Mr Park Hurst brought his argument to the Judge, Attorney Rao stated to the court that he would indeed file a complaint for fraud first thing in the morning this was after the Judge asked him isn't this fraud.
I attempted to ask Attorney Rao on camera as he walked down the street if he planned on going threw with what he stated in court. But he refuse to answer the question and kept walking. Please help to put a stop to this.
